January
Whew!

Hello, Tellers!
Whew! December was an amazing month! Omar's Christmas Carol production was one we will always remember. He adapted the story, played Scrooge, I helped direct and our two youngest children, Brigham and Isabel, were in it. It was frantic for a while there, but it was a treasured experience.
January is off and running. We are working hard at the college putting together the Children's Theatre production for the elementary school children, which will take off in March. It is being a lot of fun, but also makes me wistful over last year, with Bill Harley's visit, which will always be a highlight for us. We are doing a Melodrama Omar's written, called the Horrible Monster of Danky Swamp, as well as a western adaptation of the old African story, the Man with the Two-Colored Hat, along with some American Poetry this year.
Soon we will be off to participate in the Timpanogos Mid-winter Storytelling Conference, which we are so excited about. It runs February 8-10. This is going to be a really cool event they have going on, and I would recommend any storyteller checking it out.
Well, happy storytelling to all, may your new year be filled with peace.
Love, Lori P.S. Stay warm, we've had many below zero days here lately.
